So… we’re moving in less than two weeks, our house is in a dither, my patience is short and *argh* the garage door opener ceases to function properly.

I called Reliable Door and Gate at 9:00pm on Thursday evening, assuming I would be leaving a message. But no! A gentleman answered and said that he would send out Lorne the next morning. True to his word, Lorne was at our front door roughly 12 hours after I called.

Lorne was courteous and friendly, and got straight to work. And now I’m happy to call my husband at the office to tell him that our existing door opener was repaired for half the price it would have cost to install a new unit.

Sincere thanks to Reliable Door and Gate and to Lorne, for removing a potential stress during a very busy time in our lives

My garage door was stuck closed, again. This was the 4th time this year and the company which installed the unit kept fixing it , at my expense, but could not get it to work properly. Once reliable door and gate came and fixed the issue it has yet to have any issues. Shawn explained the issue was with an internal electrical problem of some sort and it should not short out again.

It was nice to see a business that makes an effort to be on time, reasonably priced and fix things for good rather then patching things. Great job...
